Jeffry Schneider was raised in Manhattan and attended the University of Massachusetts after high school. After finding alternative investments, Ascendant helps create services for their clients that include operational, educations, sales, and marketing services.

During the company’s years of infancy, he worked closely with Virtus Real Estate. His efforts during that time helped raise six different funds, which aided in purchasing more than $1.5 billion in real estate. Under his spectacular leadership, the firm would experience significant success, growing to become a firm with more than 30 employees.

Working closely with his team, Ascendant has raised close to $1 billion on behalf of several investment managers. The firm estimates a steady climb of around $50 million each month over the next year alone.
